Production tolerances
Planks:The fins are shipped standard TOPAKUSTIK moderately clean-cut angle. The Längstoleranz is + / - 2 mm. At the request of the slats in the factory are recut to custom sized boards (tolerance + / - 0.25 mm per m1 only recommended for plate lengths up to about 2 m> Materialdilatation)

Panels: TOPAKUSTIK panels are manufactured in the factory computer systems to dimension (tolerance + / - 0.25 mm per m1).

The TOPAKUSTIK elements left the production with above (small) mass tolerances.
By scoring and perforation of the TOPAKUSTIK elements, the surface is, depending on the type at the two-to threefold increases. TOPAKUSTIK therefore respond to fluctuating humidity at the installation dimension changes very rapidly.

TOPAKUSTIK-planks edge details:

Kantendetails
Longitudinal edges with tongue and groove. If requested with groove for fitting with mounting clip. Transverse edges are cut cleanly and at a 90 degree angle. When planks of multiple lenght are requested, the perforation are visible on the front edge.

If requested, perforation on the transverse adges are set back. Edge varnished. The rear stress relief groves are necessary for stability and are visible.

If requested, the first and last plank may have visible edge without tongue or groove. It may also be veneered or painted.
